In 1989, RENK acquired a majority share in SESM from the French Valeo Group active on the field of development and manufacture of automatic transmissions for tracked vehicles. After taking over the remaining shares today SESM is a 100 % affiliated company of RENK AG.
Supplementing the Augsburg vehicle transmission program SESM manufacture as well automatic tracked vehicle transmissions and brake systems.
